  • Job Position: Administrative Officer
  • Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • A hotel around Chevron Lekki is in need of an Administrative Officer. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
  • Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports, organizing company records, answering telephone calls, scheduling meetings, filing documents, managing inventory, invoicing and providing customer service.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • At least 2 years work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Must be female
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Salary Range
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month
