Job Description

  • We are looking for a versatile Personal Assistant to coordinate the Founding Partner’s daily schedule and engagement

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain an annual calendar and budget that is updated daily, weekly, and monthly as new activities come up.
  • Plan his day and each of his activities in detail.
  • Coordinate correspondence as assigned by him via phone, email, social media, and written mail.
  • Maintain a relationship with his local and international contacts following a calendar.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND qualification
  • Two years experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Time Management
  • Excellent Communication skill
