Job Description
- We are looking for a versatile Personal Assistant to coordinate the Founding Partner’s daily schedule and engagement
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain an annual calendar and budget that is updated daily, weekly, and monthly as new activities come up.
- Plan his day and each of his activities in detail.
- Coordinate correspondence as assigned by him via phone, email, social media, and written mail.
- Maintain a relationship with his local and international contacts following a calendar.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND qualification
- Two years experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Time Management
- Excellent Communication skill
