ZETA Technologies (Nigeria) Limited – We are a medium-sized engineering company providing services to the process industries with most of our clients from the oil and gas industry.

Job Position: Office Assistant
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm; Monday to Friday (1 hour break)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain round the clock security watch of the whole estate including periodic foot patrols internally and externally.
  • To be involved gardening and cleaning/environmental sanitation exercises.
  • Responding to out of hours emergencies, coordinating and acting as point of contact for emergency services.
  • Out of hours control of estate by use of logging-in system
  • Issue of car parking permits to allocated users and maintain accurate records of all registered vehicles.
  • To ensure that any undesirable persons on site are professionally and politely dealt with and escorted from the premises as required.
