Job Position: Administrative Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Summary
- As the Administrative Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating the organization’s administrative processes and managing documentation.
Duties
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes;
- Managing proper documentation across all departments and levels of operations;
- Recruiting and training new employees;
- Regularly assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency;
- Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business functions;
- Managing business schedules and deadlines;
- Ensuring that business operations and employee activities adhere to policies and regulations;
- Working with the accounting and operations teams to set budgets, monitor spending, process payroll and other expenses;
- Providing periodic reports to the management team.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or related field.
- Verifiable minimum 5 years’ experience in a requisite position, preferably in a managerial capacity;
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office;
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills;
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
