Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Kado, Abuja

Job Description

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Job Overview and Duties

  1. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  2. Processing orders and requests.
  3. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  4. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  5. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  1. High School Diploma, OND, HND, general Education Degree, or equivalent.
  2. Proven customer support experience as a Client Service Representative
  3. Track record of over-achieving quota
  4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
