Job Title: Business Development Officer (Team Lead)

Job Responsibilities
- To explore new business opportunities, identify new prospective clients and develop new business relationships.
- Schedule and conduct clients visits and follow up effectively with clients.
- Credit Evaluation and assessment.
- Provide advisory where necessary on business management and financial matters.
- Supervise and monitor the daily collections of team members.
- Prepare a proper marketing report on team’s activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
Job Requirements
- First Degree or its equivalent in any field.
- Banking experience with a minimum of 6 years playing similar role.
- Good knowledge of Banking products.
- Sound relationship skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Well groomed.
- Must possess leadership skills.
- Creative and innovative.
