Job Position: Graduate Business Trainee

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Function in all departments in the organization.
  2. Develop small scale businesses.
  3. Assist in provide solutions to arising problems small business owners encounters.
  4. Develop and maintain a good relationship with our clients.
  5. Work with the account department to understand more on the inflow and outflow of finance.
  6. Keep analysis and daily records about our clients.
  7. Undergo series of trainings on the company’s business.
  8. Provide organic solutions to farmers both crops and livestock.
  9. Secure and attend to Presentations both online and offline.
  10. Assist management team to recruit, hire, evaluate, train, and develop Sales Associates.

Job Requirements

  • HND/Bachelor’s Degree in the following discipline; Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematical Science, Mass Communication, Law, Actuarial Science and Agriculture are more preferred.
  • 0 – 5 years of work experience.
  • Entry Level and Business minded individual.
  • Ability to create and generate leads.
  • Good Interpersonal and team-building spirit.
  • Excellent Negotiating skills.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Must be a people’s person.
  • Willingness and the ability to learn.
