Job Description

  1. This program is designed to incorporate young talents and provide them with the necessary career-related tools to excel in a chosen career path.
  2. The program is designed to close the gap between employer expectations and higher education outcomes.
  3. The program will graduate young & emerging professionals who are resilient, work-ready, and who are eager to become leaders in their professions.
  4. First Steps is a 4-week intensive program to prepare fresh graduates for entry-level opportunities.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should have a B.Sc/HND in any discipline and have completed NYSC
  2. Previous work experience is not required but may be beneficial.
  3. A growth mindset and an optimistic attitude.
  4. Excellent research skills and a desire to learn.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
