Job Position: 2024 Graduate Trainee Program

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. The Program is a training and development initiative targeted at young graduates who are passionate about building a career in the insurance industry
  2. Selected candidates will undergo intensive training for a period of ONE Month.
  3. Selected candidates will be equipped with the knowledge of insurance and other related skills
  4. Each trainee will be equipped to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.
  5. Trainees will be deployed within Lagos.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  2. Minimum of second class upper degree
  3. Not more than 3 years post NYSC experience
  4. Maximum 30 years of age by December 2023.

  2. Good communication skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
