Vivabella Designs is an International Property Award Winning Luxury Interior Design Studio based in Lagos, Nigeria with special skills in designing and executing High-End Bespoke Residential Projects. We design and masterfully craft modern-contemporary furniture pieces in harmony with our interior designs, with a blend of high-quality materials, realizing your dreams & vision for your dwellings. Each of our Projects are Personal and different, presenting us with the opportunity to share our love for Organic Forms, Nature, Texture & Colors. We draw inspiration from very simple elements found in Mother Nature, Sculptural Art, Fashion, the interior architecture of each space and even Home Textiles.

Job Position: 3D Visualizer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Requirements

  1. Excellent level of proficiency with 3D Max, Vray – Photoshop – AutoCAD is a Must.
  2. Knowledge of Revit / Enscape / 3D MicroStation
  3. Create a variety of 3D environments.
  4. Experience in design workout
  5. Experience in follow-up implementation of 3D designs
  6. Ability to create both high and low poly models.
  7. Experience with physically based rendering
  8. Excellent eye for lighting, colour, and details.
  9. Understanding client brand guidelines to ensure design meets client requirements.
  10. Full awareness of architectural and interior design aspects
  11. Working to deadlines and under-pressure
  12. Working Days: 5.5days (Alternate Saturdays)

Competence:

  1. The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models, and concepts.
  2. The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media.
  3. Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
  4. A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative
  5. Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
  6. An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
  7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
  8. Excellent time management skills.
  9. Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.
  10. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
