Job Position: Growth Manager

Job Description

  • As a Growth Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for user and business growth across channels.

You will:

  1. Manage influencer and affiliate marketing channels for user growth
  2. Conduct thorough market research to build growth strategies for business growth
  3. Develop relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and external partners
  4. Work closely with their external marketing agency to ensure profitable customer acquisition

Job Requirements
What makes you a great candidate?

  1. Experience as growth manager in B2C tech company in Nigeria
  2. Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing
  3. Comfortable working with data analytical tools like Tableau and Appsflyer
  4. Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
  5. Experience scaling Real Money Gaming campaigns is a plus
