Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Summary

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth within the pension management sector.

The role requires a proactive, target-driven, and persuasive individual with excellent relationship management and financial advisory skills.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients to grow pension contributions and assets under management.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, corporate clients, and institutions.
  3. Educate customers on pension products, regulatory benefits, and investment options.
  4. Achieve set sales and inflow targets through effective lead generation and client engagement.
  5. Conduct regular market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and competitor trends.
  6. Ensure timely reporting of activities and adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 2–3 years’ experience in business development, financial sales, or pension marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of the Nigerian pension industry and regulatory environment.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly + Commission.
