Job Summary
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth within the pension management sector.
The role requires a proactive, target-driven, and persuasive individual with excellent relationship management and financial advisory skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients to grow pension contributions and assets under management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, corporate clients, and institutions.
- Educate customers on pension products, regulatory benefits, and investment options.
- Achieve set sales and inflow targets through effective lead generation and client engagement.
- Conduct regular market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and competitor trends.
- Ensure timely reporting of activities and adherence to compliance standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in business development, financial sales, or pension marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian pension industry and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly + Commission.
