Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with offices located in Victoria Island, Lagos state.

Job Position: AC Technician

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  2. Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
  3. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for AC systems.
  4. Clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
  5. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  6. Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
  7. Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  8. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  9. Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in AC maintenance.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly
