Job Position: Account Acquisition Sales Executive & Firstmonie Sales Executive (ASE / FSE)

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identification and onboarding of Firstmonie Agents.
  2. Prepare target market list.
  3. Activate dormant Agents.
  4. Grow the Banks Agents network.
  5. Management of Firstmonie Agents.
  6. Respond to all enquiries and queries while ensuring timeliness in resolutions of Agents’ issues.
  7. Capture Agents activities for proper documentation and compliance with laid down policies.
  8. As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.
  9. Identification and onboarding of new customers.
  10. Ensure funding of opened accounts.
  11. Enrollment on Wallets.
  12. Ensure funding of wallets opened
  13. Enroll new customers on USSD/FirstMobile.
  14. Respond to all enquiries and queries while ensuring timeliness in resolutions of new customers’ issues.
  15. Capture activities for proper documentation and compliance with laid down policies.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND (Second Class Lower or Upper Credit minimum).
  • 27 years and below.
  • 0 – 5 years work experience.
  • Must have flair for sales
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills.
