Job Position: Account Clerk
Job Location: Isolo, Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to hire an Accountant / Payroll Officer who will provide day-to-day accounting operations, and support, and ensure the smooth running of operations in the organization
Job Responsibilities
- Handling of petty cash.
- Contact clients about invoices that are past due Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the staff.
- Prepare and monitor invoices.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Run company errands when necessary for office supplies.
- Maintain office supplies for departments
Job Requirements
- OND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or mathematical background.
- 1-2years post-qualification experience.
- Must be between 26-30 years of age
- Must be able to handle compulsory tax and legislation issues
- Must be able to handle stock and inventory management
- Must be able to generate monthly management reports
- Must be able to manage petty cash
- Must be able to do bank account reconciliations
- Must reside within ISOLO and OSHODI.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
