Job Position: Account Executive

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and accurately entered into the accounting systems
  2. Undertake cash and bank reconciliations
  3. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and document business transactions.
  4. Responsible for verification of income, receivables & debtors reconciliation
  5. Bank reconciliation
  6. Analyze transactions, processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
  7. Apply cost accounting methods to achieve efficient representation of cost center performance.
  8. Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  9. Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
  10. Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the Financial Controller.

Job Requirements

  1. Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACA)
  2. Knowledge of Account software
  3. Ability to use Microsoft tools effectively
  4. Advanced level of Excel
  5. Good Analytical Skill
  6. Time Management Skill
  7. Ability to multi-task
  8. Excellent communication skills.

Salary
N360,000 / month.
