Job Description

  1. We seek a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in selling to SMBs.
  2. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional presentation and communication skills and have at least two years of experience in sales or account management selling to B2B customers.
  3. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for making persuasive and compelling presentations to foster client relationships and strategically close deals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Compelling Presentations: Deliver top-notch and persuasive demos tailored to prospective customer pain points – Showcase Flex Finance’s solutions compellingly and engagingly, highlighting how they address specific challenges SMBs face.
  2. Prospecting and Targeting: Identify businesses that align with Flex Finance’s Ideal Customer Profile. Utilize your presentation skills to effectively communicate Flex Finance’s value proposition and tailor presentations to resonate with the needs of potential clients.
  3. Outreach and Engagement: Conduct cold calls and emails to initiate conversations with potential customers. Use your presentation skills to grab the attention of prospects and spark interest in Flex Finance’s solutions.
  4. Direct Engagement: Establish connections through in-person visits with potential customers. Leverage your presentation skills to communicate Flex Finance’s offerings and build client rapport effectively.
  5. Upselling and Expansion: Effectively promote Flex Finance products within existing networks. You can use your presentation skills to upsell additional products or services and expand the scope of engagements with existing clients.
  6. Industry Event Participation: Represent Flex Finance at industry events to engage potential clients and promote services. Deliver engaging presentations at industry events to showcase Flex Finance’s expertise and establish credibility in the market.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in B2B sales.
  3. Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations tailored to customer requirements.
  4. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and address client pain points, offering suitable solutions.
  6. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Pipedrive), sales tools, Slack, and other relevant technologies.
