Job Position: Account Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • As an Account Manager you will develop the successful Business partnership with IFF customers and also create new customer base within west of Africa French speaking countries.
  • Create Business Growth by meeting customer needs and solving customers issues.

Job Requirements

  1. Meet and execute Financial metrics ; drive for results
  2. Understand customer strategy, Brands, IFF portfolio potential and how IFF will deliver value to their business partners.
  3. Understand IFF’s organization, capabilities, resources, products and service offerings.
  4. Identify customer needs and challenges aligned with IFF solutions
  5. Accountable for accurate sales forecasts periodically
  6. Maximize Profit Levers under his/her control
  7. BE the face of IFF, develop deep customers relations at all levels
  8. Identify/create new business opportunities For IFF
  9. Prepare sales reports and new business activities for IFF management
  10. Key experience within the Food additives preferred Flavors with experience of +5 years
  11. Fluent in French
  12. Role based in Lagos responsible for the region of Francophone countries in west of Africa.

  4. Ability to manage projects understanding IFF’s strengths, resources and competences

  6. Excellent oral/written French communication and Presentation Skills
  7. Excellent in Building Relationships Internally within the organization and externally with in his customer base.
  8. Confident , Enthusiastic and Dynamic
  9. Lead the activities of the distribution in the region
  10. Experience in food additives ideally Flavors as a 1st priority then Texturants, Emulsifiers and Sweeteners.
