Job Description

  1. We are currently seeking a Healthcare Account Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients and clients.
  2. The Healthcare Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and patients.
  3. This role is integral in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care experience from our team of healthcare professionals.
  4. The Healthcare Account Manager will also be responsible for expanding our client base by opening new accounts and effectively onboarding new patients.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and patients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests.
  2. Proactively communicate with patients to ensure they are receiving the highest quality of care.
  3. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s needs and expectations.
  5. Collaborate with the care team to guarantee that services align with patient requirements.
  6. Identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  7. Develop and implement strategies for expanding our client base.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  9. Facilitate the onboarding process for new patients, ensuring a smooth transition into our care.
  10. Collaborate with the care team to create customized care plans.
  11. Monitor the delivery of healthcare services to patients to ensure continuity and quality.
  12. Address any issues or concerns promptly, working with the care team to resolve them.
  13. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, patient information, and account development activities.
  14. Prepare regular reports on account management and patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Corp members can also apply).
  2. Proven experience in any account management or a related role.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a remote, home-based setting.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Applicant must be based in Ibadan.
