Next Basket offers its products and services in all English-speaking countries on all continents. The company has offices and agencies in Bulgaria, the Philippines, Nigeria and India, and is about to establish its presence in Colombia in order to serve the USA market.
Job Position: Account Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Be “End to End” responsible for NEXT BASKET’s Partners needs;
- Drive the end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery;
- Foster collaboration among diverse teams including developers, designers, and marketers to achieve Partner’s objectives;
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track;
- Work closely with all internal departmens as Marketing, Sales, IT and etc.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources to optimize project outcomes while maintaining a clear understanding of budget constraints.
- Establish clear project milestones, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Determining clients needs by conducting meetings to outline their digital goals;
- Overseeing the client’s online presence and identifying areas of improvement;
- Actively communicate customer needs and KPIs with services delivery team;
- Being able to analyze the effectiveness of the digital marketing services effort and translate and communicate it with our business partners;
- You will work closely with services delivery team such as graphic designers, content writers, digital marketing specialists, strategists, etc;
- You will work closely with Sales and Services leads;
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust;
- You are highly focused in great level of customer satisfaction;
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns;
- Keeping abreast with the digital and e-commerce industry;
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Account Manager;
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering tasks;
- Ability to align project goals with broader company objectives, contributing to the overall business strategy.
- Skill in navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a structured approach to project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and transparent information flow across teams and stakeholders.
- High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Desire for personal & professional growth at an international scale.
