Job Position: Brand / Account Manager

Job Description

  1. Brand and account managers are the people who shape a company’s outward image. To do that, you’ll need to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. We’ll turn to you to learn what can attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve the customer experience.
  2. If you’re creative, possess a strategic mind, and have experience implementing targeted brand campaigns, we’d like to meet you.
  3. Ultimately, you’ll help us improve our company’s reputation, drive growth, manage campaigns, and develop social media strategies. Your duties include performing research on competition in the market, developing campaigns and marketing strategies, liaising between creative and account departments, and overseeing the design and implementation of new brand concepts for clients of our agency.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Managing and executing client campaigns and projects
  2. Implement brand communication plans
  3. Execute activities to communicate business value proposition to customers
  4. Develop and implement brand communication strategies
  5. Manage all internal and external communications on behalf of clients
  6. Oversee the creation of marketing materials on client projects
  7. Ensure all communications align with our brand identity on client projects
  8. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  9. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and monitor competitors’ activities

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven working experience as a brand manager or associate brand manager in PR or advertising is a plus.
  3. Excellent verbal and communication skills are imperative to implementing the vision of a client with creative and impactful strategies.
  4. Advanced written documentation skills such as case studies, strategy proposals, and presentations.
  5. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  6. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  7. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  8. Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mind
  9. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  10. Outstanding communication skills
  11. Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
