Job Position: Account Manager – International Sales & Business Development

Job Description
Pan Finance is a leading global media company in the financial services sector. Building on our strong client base, we’re launching an exciting new initiative focused on delivering world-class digital marketing solutions. To help drive this growth, we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our Lagos office.
This role blends sales and business development: you’ll be responsible for winning new business, building international client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Europe, America, the Middle East, and beyond.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across multiple regions
- Build trust and long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Confidently lead discovery calls, sales pitches, and negotiations
- Overcome customer objections (pricing, trust, ROI) with professionalism and clarity
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing
- Collaborate with our international delivery team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
- Seek opportunities to upsell and expand client accounts
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Proven experience in international sales/business development
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to adapt to different cultures and markets
- Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and resilience
- Ability to work independently and autonomously in a startup environment
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Google Ads, social media, etc.) will be a significant advantage — training provided for those less familiar
- Must be able to work full-time on-site at our Lagos (Ikeja) office.

- Competitive base salary (£200 / Month) + uncapped commission
