Job Position: Account Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos (Remote)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  2. Write and manage content calendars across multiple platforms
  3. Write, edit, and refine marketing copy, captions, and campaign messaging
  4. Translate client goals into clear briefs and actionable tasks
  5. Coordinate designers and internal team members
  6. Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables using Trello
  7. Manage documentation and planning on Notion
  8. Proactively flag risks, delays, or issues — no surprises
  9. Treat the role as a full professional commitment, not a side hustle.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Excellent writing and communication skills (non-negotiable)
  3. Strong organisational and planning ability
  4. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without losing clarity
  5. Confident in creating content calendars and marketing copy
  6. Process-driven and detail-oriented
  7. Prior experience in digital marketing, agencies, or client-facing roles is an advantage
  8. Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
