Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Oregun, Ikeja – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Creating and processing invoices
  2. Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  3. Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
  4. Sending bills and invoices to clients
  5. Tracking organization expenses
  6. Processing refunds
  7. Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
  8. Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  2. Sound knowledge of cost accounting, LIRS and Tax matters.
  3. Minimum 2 years’ experience as an accountant in a manufacturing company
  4. Experience with financial reporting requirements.
