Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Analyzing financial statements.
  2. Verifying accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Preparing the budget as well as financial reports.
  4. Ensuring compliance with accounting transactions
  5. Checking invoices
  6. Updating the client’s account
  7. Preparing financial reports and presenting it to the higher management.
  8. Working in collaboration with Internal Auditor, External Auditors, and otherAccountants
  9. Analyzing account activities of various other departments of the organization.
  10. Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc Degree in Accounting
  2. Possess a professional certification (ACA/ICAN)
  3. Prior experience working as an Accounting Officer or a similar position in theAccounting Department(3 years experience and above).
