Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Ayobo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Creation and processing of invoices.
  2. Managing account payable and receivable.
  3. Handling and managing account inquiries by management.
  4. Utilize database to organize company account information.
  5. Tracking organization expenses.
  6. Concise record keeping of all company expenditures.
  7. Providing reliable support to account unit.
  8. Ensure books of accounts are updated till date.
  9. Ensure all payment entries made till date
  10. Ensure proper narrations are entered in the books of accounts
  11. Ensure all debtors and creditor balances are reconciled weekly/monthly.
  12. Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled till date.
  13. Ensure payment note is signed by relevant authorities.
  14. Ensure all approved invoices are submitted without delay.
  15. Ensure notifying of partners/creditor after FX transfer.
  16. Withdraw or transfer of funds from bank for organization
  17. Preparation of cheques as per signed payment notes.
  18. Maintenance of petty cash and Payment Voucher balances.
  19. Opening of salary account for new staffs.
  20. Inventory of Incoming and Outgoing shipments to Warehouse.
  21. Shipment delivered records update.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
