Job Position: Credit Control / Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure proper account reconciliation.
  2. Monthly pension and LIRS remittance.
  3. Ensure accurate stock count and reconciliation on weekly basis.
  4. Monitoring of multiple warehouse movement / posting.
  5. Track record of expenses, reconcile to maintain accurate financial records.
  6. Prepare required reports.
  7. Regular follow-up on debts status and recovery.
  8. Analise debt aging.
  9. Verifying new and old customers.
  10. Analise sales performance of customers and reps.
  11. Follow up with reps’ sales activities to ensure they comply with company policies.
  12. Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow.
  13. Maintain debtor’s book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and latest.
  14. Contact debtors and implement repayment schedules and terms.
  15. Assist the company to take legal action against debtors by providing necessary information.
  16. Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information.

Job Requirements

  1. Should have a B.Sc / HND in Accounting or a related course of study
  2. Candidate should have between 2 – 5 years experience in a similar position.
  3. A male candidate is prefered for gender balance
  4. Candidate should reside in mainland

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
