Job Position: Account Receivable Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be joining the Accounts team in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handling Receivables of All Corporate/Residential Host Client
  2. Reconciliation of All Account Managers Files
  3. Keeping updated records of the receivable/ invoices (both newly issued and unpaid invoices)
  4. Making constant followups with customers on when payment would be made
  5. Issuing invoices to the clients via mail with the Account managers in the loop.
  6. Assessing credit status of each customer and making recommendation
  7. Management of Receivables.
  8. Other duties as assigned by Department Head.

Job Requirements

  1. BA / B.Sc / HND in Accounting / Finance or any relevant course
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar field
  3. Professional qualification is an advantage
  4. Must be able to use Microsoft office, Accounting and ERP Softwares
  5. Excellent communication skills (written as well as verbal).
