Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
  5. Prepare and file tax returns, and ensure timely payment of taxes.
  6. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Sc. with 2+ years of work experience.

Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  2. Proficiency in Excel.
  3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
