Chilis Restaurant is a 24-hour restaurant that runs morning, afternoon and night shifts.

Job Position: Accountant
Location: Ring Road, Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities

  1. Financial Statement Preparation: Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in developing and managing budgets and forecasts for the restaurant.
  3. Cost control: Analysing and controlling labour, food, and operational costs.
  4. Accounts payable and Receivables: Managing vendor invoices, payments and customer receipts
  5. Payroll processing: Processing employee salaries, wages, and benefits.
  6. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws, filing tax returns, and making payments.
  7. Auditing and Compliance: Conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and laws.
  8. Financial Analysis: Providing financial insights and recommendations to management.
  9. Cash Management: Managing cash flow, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adequate liquidity
  10. Financial Reporting: Providing regular financial reports to management and ownership.
  11. Menu Pricing: Assisting in pricing menu items to ensure profitability.
  12. Inventory Costing: Accounting for inventory costs, tracking usage, and optimising stock levels.
  13. Assistance: You are to assist the cashier by working as a cashier to satisfy customers’ needs, and this includes working at night.
  14. It’s a 24-hour restaurant
  15. Proximity to the Ring Road is preferred
  16. Available to resume immediately

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 – 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N60,000 – N85,000 Monthly.
