Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The ideal candidate who must reside on the Island, Lekki preferably, will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.
  2. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Managing financial transactions and records
  2. Preparing financial statements and reports
  3. Handling accounts payable and receivable
  4. Performing bank reconciliations
  5. Managing payroll and taxes
  6. Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities
  7. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  2. Ideal candidate must reside on the Island, Lekki preferably.
  3. Proven experience as an Accountant in the hospitality or real estate industry
  4. Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  5. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  6. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
