Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily financial operation of the company and provide effective financial management services to the company and also enforce accounting policies.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage Creditors, Debt follow-up and recovery,
  2. Proper record of Accounts payable, and Accounts receivable
  3. Prepare monthly staff payroll/ tax deductions and all related calculations
  4. Manage Fixed Asset Register
  5. Examine all account books for efficiency and accuracy
  6. Acts as an interface between the company and its bankers
  7. Filing and Remitting taxes and other financial obligation
  8. Keeping proper inventoryrecords of pharmacy products.
  9. Prepares a schedule of monthly fee notes and clients’ payment status
  10. Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Finance, Accounting with First Class or 2nd Class Upper Degree
  • 1 – 3 years working Experience as an accountant
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
