Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Position: Accountant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Receive invoice and PO from Suppliers / Contractors
  2. Make sure the invoice carries the PO’s (All invoices and POs with Job order should be stamped by the account dept) for proper follow up
  3. Post of salary payable to KPI
  4. Monthly bank account reconciliation
  5. Calculation of Suppliers Withholding Tax and remittance
  6. Monthly VAT Nil return filling
  7. Maintain the Company’s Account Details
  8. Management Account Report (Monthly).
  9. Prepare Memo and initiate Payment
  10. Provide evidence of payments to Suppliers / Contractors
  11. Petty cash requisition and payment
  12. Preparation of salary schedule (staff payroll details)
  13. Staff Payslip management
  14. Preparation and remit of PAYE and PENSION to the bank.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 2 – 3 years work experience.
  2. Professional certification is an added advantage
  3. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
  4. Attention to detail.
