We also market different properties in different locations in Lagos and also provide our clients with properties with high quality building materials and buildings that are approved.
Job Position: Accountant
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review requisition entries, pay slip, account reconciliations, accounts receivable, and financial variance analyses for various assets.
- Prepare financial variance analyses for various assets.
- Execute, distribute and analyze monthly allocations.
- Monitor and clear accounts receivable.
- Work with Regulatory Accounting on State and Federal Royalty and Tax payment compliance.
- Attend to Clients on the field.
- Act as a liaison between management and internal/external audit teams to support the quarterly review and annual audit requests.
- Support process improvements and optimize efficiencies in the accounting and reporting areas, including elimination or streamlining of manual or non-effective tasks.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferably female.
- System savvy and ability to work with different applications and databases, and at least one accounting software.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet short deadlines.
- Experience working in a trading system preferred
- Highly proficient in advanced MS Excel, google sheet & doc.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.
Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 / Month.
