Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field. They need to review and audit the company’s transactional activity and provide communication and general support.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Processing data through the sales and purchase ledgers from the point of receipt of the invoice to completion of the transaction.
  2. Reconciliation of Bank Statement with Payment Voucher, purchase and sales ledgers.
  3. Monthly stock Valuation, Stock taking, Stock reconciliation, Budget monitoring.
  4. Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement and Inter-bank Accounts Reconciliation.
  5. Maintain F&B cash balance records, reconciles cash receipts and disbursements to the general ledger
  6. Participate in stock taking at the Farm
  7. Maintain the security of the information held by the department.
  8. Monitoring and ensuring tax compliance (VAT and others).

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc in Accounting
  2. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  3. Age: 25 and above
  4. Must be a Female.
