Job Description

1. We are looking to hire an experienced Accountant who will assist in running the company’s accounting operations.
2. You will be required to regulate and authenticate financial transactions moved from junior accountant and ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks.
3. You are also responsible for the balancing accounts, and should have sound analytical and advanced skills using Microsoft Excel. Additionally, you will need a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures, including preparing month-end reports.

Job Requirements

1. Support financial & management reports preparation
2. Preparation of bank reconciliation and supporting schedules for management accounts
3. General Ledger supervision
4. Guide and manage junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and solving queries
5. Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation
6. Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
7. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
8. Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
9. Ensure compliance of internal controls and suggest process improvements as needed
10. Work with external auditors to perform the annual audits for all our jurisdictions
11. Good knowledge of ERP.
