Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  2. Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
  3. Managing income and expenditure accounts
  4. Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
  5. Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
  6. Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
  7. Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 7 years relevant work experience.
  2. Having Relevant Professional Certification is a must (ICAN, ACCA).
  3. Experience with accounting software and data entry
  4. Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  5. Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
  6. Ability to work independently
  7. Analytical skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
