Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
  2. Preparation of quarterly budget and supervising implementation
  3. Preparation of job costing and project management report
  4. Timely report on budget and cost variances
  5. Preparation of monthly Pension, NHF, NSITF and PAYE and remittances
  6. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
  7. Preparation of monthly payroll and payment of staff salaries
  8. Preparation of timely projects report
  9. Timely management of account payables and receivables
  10. Liaising with the external auditors on the finalization of the annual report and other outsourcing assignments
  11. Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health. Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 3 – 6 years work experience.
  • An IT-savvy Accountant with excellent finance and analytical skills.
  • Preferably a femele between the age of 25 and 35
  • Must be an ICAN student or ICAN satified
  • Must be able to use accounting softwares
  • Strong analytical and IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be available in 2 weeks.

Remuneration
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
