Job Position: Accountant
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

Our client company is seeking an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage all accounting transactions and prepare budget forecasts.
  2. Publish financial statements on time and handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  3. Ensure timely bank payments and compute taxes, and prepare tax returns.
  4. Audit financial transactions/documents and reinforce financial data.
  5. Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any finance-related course.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
  3. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  4. Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
  5. ICAN is a plus.

Salary
N180,000 / Month.
