Job Position: Accountant / Executive Assistant
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Maintain an updated general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and highlight variances to management.
- Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with the inventory and procurement team to ensure accurate financial tracking of stock purchases and usage.
- Assist in the financial reconciliation of stock levels with accounting records.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
