Swift Consulting – Our client, an FMCG Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounts / Inventory Officer
Location: Ago Palace Way, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure stock availability
  2. Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  4. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
  6. Oversee stock levels and ensure proper documentation of inventory
  7. Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions
  8. Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliation.

Qualifications

  1. BSc/ HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in the FMCG sector)
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  4. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
