Job Position: Admin / Accounts Officer
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Description
- Carrying out Various Administrate ,Clerical and Finance Task.
- Inventory, Store and Asset Management
- Monthly filing and liasing with relevant authorities and Auditors on statutory requirements.
- Record keeping and Accounting.
- Customer/Clients Management ( online, walk-in, External)
- Sales and Marketing
- Social Media Page Management.
- Logistics Management-Arraigning, scheduling Deliveries and pick ups
- Office back ups and Support for CEO.
- Supervision of the Office Assistant.
- Issuing Receipts to clients after payment
- Cordinating Office daily tasks and prioritizing them
- Presentation of Report ( cash and Bank) , scheduling meetings , manage incoming and outbound mails.
- Assist with Financial, Budgeting and Project Reporting to Management
- General office management
- Updating Accounting records, Preparing records and implementing policies
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the CEO
- Handling incoming calls, mails direct messages and other communication
- Coordinating Events
- Store organization, cleanliness and ambience
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 years work experience.
- Planning and Organisation, Time Management. Soft IT skills( google meets, google drive and other adm tools). Book keeping / Accounting.
