Job Description
- The role holder is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cold room and kitchen, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively and is responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions including invoice processing, daily bookkeeping records, billing, and tracking business expenses.
Job Responsibilities
- Post income receipts, bank transactions, and supplier invoices on Quick Books Accounting Software.
- Conduct monthly stock count and reconcile the accounting record
- Billing and tracking business expenses
- Manage receivables and payable accounts
- Conduct sales analysis
- Contact clients about invoices that are past due
- Handle general account queries and check invoices for inaccuracies
- Analyze everyday financial activities and provide advice and guidance to management on future financial plans.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Train, and oversee new staff.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Handle social media accounts
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidates should posses a minimum of HND.
- 1 – 2 years proven work experience in a similar role.
- Experience working at a cold room store is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer management abilities
- Must be assertive with good leadership skills
- Great analytical skills
- Ability to work on weekends
- Candidate must reside within Bariga, Yaba or Shomolu axis
Salary
- N40,000 – N80,000 monthly.
