Job Description

We are a dynamic real estate firm seeking a highly motivated Property Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will be the key liaison between our company and property owners, driving the identification, negotiation, and acquisition of properties for our diverse client portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and source suitable properties for acquisition that align with the company’s client demands and investment strategies.
  2. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties, assessing market value, legal status, and other relevant factors.
  3. Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for property purchases with owners, ensuring optimal outcomes for the company.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and property owners throughout the acquisition process.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date database of potential properties and owner contacts.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal sales and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of work experience.
  2. Proven experience in property acquisition, real estate sales, or a related field.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written).
  4. Excellent understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
  5. Ability to conduct effective property research and due diligence.
  6. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  7. A strong network within the Lagos property market is a significant advantage.

Salary
N250,000 (NET) Monthly.
