Job Position: Activation Lead
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain viable new leads for sales pipeline for the organization
- Properly track all leads and optimize the leads to maximize revenue, sources are properly identified, tracked, and optimized to maximize revenue
- Build and maintain professional relationship with prospective and existing clients to ensure client retention
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products to facilitate the sales process.
- Act as advisory to clients on pharmaceutical needs
- Educate customers on all company’s products.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with generating and closing leads
- Proven work experience as an activator
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Enviable relationship management skills
- Collaborative skills
- Must be tech savvy
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A ‘change the world’ mindset and a can-do attitude.
