Job Position: HR / Admin Generalist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Development of human resource policies and processes. Innovative in HR strategies in boosting Corporate goals
  2. Ensures effective management of the recruiting function: selection, placement and induction process. keeping a pool of recruits – installers
  3. Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs for new and current staff.
  4. Develops and manages compensation and benefit, Payroll handling and administration.
  5. Ensures performance management standards are adhered to regularly. Manages staff promotion in line with company policy and performance.
  6. Maintains organization structure, employee relations and update personnel file Oversee all administrative functions i.e preparing reports, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings
  7. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies.
  8. Maintenance of Facilities and Utilities
  9. Security & Logistics
  10. Vehicle Management
  11. Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
