Job Description
- We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin/HR Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, supporting HR functions, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.
- Oversee daily administrative activities and ensure office efficiency.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Monitor and manage payroll processing and employee benefits.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Handle general administrative duties such as correspondence, documentation, and office supplies management.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Admin/HR role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Salary
N200,000 to N250,000 / month.
