- Job Position: Admin / HR Officer
- Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Help in payroll management, preparation, and payment
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Setting up meetings, interviews, and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with Proven experience in an HR administrator or relevant role
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Ability to multitask
- Social media/Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- The ability to manage a Start-up Business concern is paramount
