  • Job Position: Admin / HR Officer
  • Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Help in payroll management, preparation, and payment
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
  • Setting up meetings, interviews, and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with Proven experience in an HR administrator or relevant role
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Social media/Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
  • The ability to manage a Start-up Business concern is paramount
