Job Position: Admin Intern

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Accompany drivers for vehicle fueling and ensure the collection of receipts for all vehicles.
  2. Inform line manager of repair(s) and follow up on remedial actions.
  3. Ensure there is water at all times in the premises for use.
  4. Ensure all trash cans are emptied and the kitchen cleaned each day.
  5. Supervise the cleaning of the premises and rest rooms.
  6. Ensure windows are closed; sockets, fans and air conditioners are turned off before locking up the office each day.
  7. Fill all necessary documents as at when due and send report to the Admin Officer
  8. Coordinate the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.
  9. Monitor and report inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials.
  10. Photocopying, scanning and filing of documents
  11. Assist in event planning, including setting up, and other tasks as needed.
  12. Manage the filing system among all departments to ensure that all company’s records are up to date.
  13. Preparation of petty cash requisition and cash withdrawal.
  14. Processing of bank instructions.
  15. Provide detailed report of tasks.
  16. Conduct monthly stock take of the items in the store.
  17. Keep the store room clean and arranged in an organized manner.
  18. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends & develop sourcing strategies
  19. Negotiate the best deal for pricing, supply contracts at best quality
  20. Carry out the purchase of equipment, services and supplies
  21. Manage asset register maintenance & administration
  22. Perform others tasks as identified by the Administrative Officer.
