Job Position: Admin / Liaison Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- Converse with customers to determine travel dates and financial considerations.
- Promote travel products like flight tickets, tours/holidays and visa promos and provide detailed advice on routes and destinations.
- Helping passengers and customers with all travel-related inquiries including but not limited to changes or cancellations, and promoting special offers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them to sales.
- Build and maintain cordial relationships with all clients; meet and strive to exceed quality and productivity goals.
- Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
- Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
- Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
- Data entry and maintaining client files.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years of relevant (Travel and Tourism Industry) work experience.
- Must have good public relations skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel – Essential.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
